My object of choice was a simple stick. Inspired by nostalgia and childhood memories, I aimed to create an animated short story about how something as simple as a stick can become anything to extent of your imagination. How it could capture your imagination for an entire day, taking you through multiple locations, turning you into as many characters as you could think of. From your franchise favourites, to entirely new, made-up characters and locations. How we could spend a whole day keeping ourselves entertained outside with something as simple as a stick or a fallen branch on the ground. The soundtrack is a cover of ‘Pure Imagination’ by Brooklyn Duo. I deliberately chose this song as it reflected the theme of this project and helped to further advance the story.
